Event Description:

Why do we decorate trees in December? What is a menorah, and how is it different from a kinara? Discover the origins and traditions of Yule, Hanukkah, Christmas, and Kwanzaa. Then, make a special decoration with a unique meaning for your family traditions! This program is best suited for 8-11 year olds/3rd-5th grade. Please note: This class is being identically presented twice. Students only need to attend one session. Registration closes Tuesday, November 29.
