Village of Jackson issued the following announcement.
Autumn Cleanup Day

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the April annual Village-Wide Spring Clean-up Day was cancelled. A one-time only AUTUMN Clean-up Day has been scheduled for Saturday, October 17th from 9 a.m.-Noon. Village residents may bring bags of leaves or yard waste and household waste (TVs, microwaves, furniture, computers, and metals) to the Street Department, located at W194N16660 Eagle Drive (just south of Tennis Hardware). Yard waste should be placed in a biodegradable paper bag. Be prepared to show identification to verify Village of Jackson residency. No paints, tires, batteries, manor appliances, Freon, or construction waste will be accepted. Residents may register on that day for access cards to the new Yard Waste Site.
