Of the 5,500 people living in Slinger in 2020, 51.8 percent (2,851) were women and 48.2 percent (2,649) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Washington County Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 18. In the 65 and over age range, there were 517 females and 428 males.
