The conversion of County Trunk Highway (CTH) F (Friestadt Rd) and CTH M (Wasaukee Rd) intersection from a 2‐way stop to a 4‐way stop has been completed. This intersection is in the Village of Germantown on the border of Washington and Ozaukee County. “Safety is a top priority for me,” said County Executive Josh Schoemann. “Converting this intersection to a 4‐ way stop will not only improve traffic movement along County Highway M, but also increase the safety of the traveling public. The intersection was reviewed and marked as needing improvements as part of the County’s Intersection Safety Analysis Report. This project created a safer and more efficient roadway for our citizens, and we are very pleased to have it completed.”
