Erin Township is soliciting a bid for the following roads listed below:

East Waterford Rd – all ash trees and dead trees 33’ out from the road center, between County Hwy K and Powderhill Rd

Powderhill Rd – all ash trees and dead trees 33’ out from the road center, between East Waterford Rd and Old CC

Log House Rd – all ash trees and dead trees 33’ out from the road center,

Pleasant Hill Rd – all ash trees and dead trees 33’ out from the road center, between County Hwy K and Old CC

Shannon Rd – all ash trees and dead trees 33’ out from the road center, between County Hwy K and Old CC

Robins Run – all ash trees and dead trees 33’ out from the road center,

Scope of work consists of:

All trees with orange stripe will be cut by you.  6-8” of stump and stripe must be left for verification.
All brush from trees will be chipped or removed by you.
All wood will be cut in 8-foot lengths and left in ditch line.
Certificate of Liability with workers compensation insurance must be submitted with bid.
Work must be completed by December 15, 2022.  Invoice must be received by December 20, 2022.
The Town of Erin reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted and to request additional information from all bidders.

Bids will be accepted until October 4, 2022 at 9am.  Bids will be opened October 4, 2022 at 10am. Please submit your sealed bid (do not email or fax the bid) to the Town of Erin, Attn: Clerk, 1846 State Hwy. 83, Hartford, WI  53027.  Please mark envelope: Tree Cutting.
