Germantown School District recently issued the following announcement.

Starting next week, the Washington Ozaukee Public Health Department is hosting a series of community conversations and they would love to have you join them! 

These conversations will help inform their 2022–2025 Community Health Improvement Plan and community coalition efforts (INVEST Ozaukee and Well Washington County) for the next several years. Click here for a flyer with more information.

They will be offering in-person and virtual options for two rounds of meetings:
RSVP for Washington County Round 1: What are major health issues in our county?
Tuesday, November 2, 12–2pm in person at St Mary’s in West Bend or 5–7pm via Zoom

RSVP for Washington County Round 2: How should we prioritize health issues?
Friday, November 12, 12–2pm in person at Jackson Community Center
Tuesday, November 16, 5–7pm via Zoom
