West Bend School District welcomed 5,365 students in 2024-25 school year

There were 5,365 students enrolled in West Bend School District in the 2024-25 school year, 4% less than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2024-25 school year, 51.6% identified themselves as boys, 48.4% as girls.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, accounting for 79.7% of the West Bend School District total enrollment.

West Bend School District covers 12 schools within Washington County, with its main office in West Bend.

Among the 12 schools in the district, West High School recorded the highest enrollment of 1,085 students in the 2024-25 school year.

Wisconsin had a student-to-teacher ratio of 14-to-1 in 2025, lower than the national average of 16-to-1, according to Public School Review.
